"Was a transfer from out of state from NM and keeping my policy was a no brainer. Here locally, it was just a matter of choosing a good location and it turned out that this office, both Marcus and Jennifer were super welcoming, took the time to listen to my needs at my new home purchase in the neighboorhood and kept most of my auto insurance the same way i had it personalized back in NM with my agent there which took care of me at a personal level as well. Its a newer location, but Marcus definitely goes out of the way along with Jennifer's expertise in the home mortgage and lending process and made my home policy tailored to exactly what i needed and it was just a matter of transferring my vehicles to the new umbrella. I do have to say it was not easy because i kept changing cars almost every 2 weeks in and out of my policies and Jennifer made the process very easy, was super understanding and took the time to make sure all my needs were met. I am very grateful to Marcus and Jennifer and ecstatic to say you should definetely try them out and give them a chance to listen to your individual situation and let them take care of you with a custom tailored plan to make sure everything is covered and you dont overpay for things that other places may oversee easily.
